On Friday, 15th March, UWIS had a pleasure to celebrate Nooruz. The celebration started with concert that was opened by speech of Director of school Mr. Sheraffetin Kuchukoglu and primary school coordinator Ms. Shelly Gupta. Kyrgyz national dances, songs and instrumental plays were performed. Moreover, Mr. Director awarded students with excellent results in TIMO heat round 2018-2019 by giving certificates and medals. Food fair also took place, were different cuisines were represented by students and teachers. Money raised from the food festival were donated to a charity project, we thank everyone who took part and welcomed Spring with us!
